The 2007 WPA World Wheelchair 9-ball Championship was held Oct. 1-4 in Tampa, Florida. Henrik Larsson from Sweden went undefeated through the very strong field, beating among others Roy Kimberley, Ken Miller, Brad Rautio and Danny Luton on his way to the final. Once there he quickly took control of the match, not giving his opponent Kurt Deklerck from Belgium many chances at the table. Henrik took a comfortable lead early on and never looked back, setting the final score to 13-5.
Henrik Larsson from Stockholm, Sweden has been ranked among the Swedish able-bodied elite players for the last ten years. His list of achievements now includes 3 times World Champion, 9 times European Champion, 2000 US Nationals Champion and runner up in 2002 WPA World Wheelchair Championships, among others. He's also known for his trick shot skills and has been seen on ESPN and Sky Sport on numerous occasions.
